1 dozen corn tortillas
1/2 c. oil
1 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
2 tsp. chili powder
8oz. tomato sauce
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortillas in hot oil. Set aside. Brown hamburger with onion. Add tomato sauce and chili powder, simmer 10 minutes. Set aside. Melt butter, add green peppers, and sauté. Blend in flour and add chicken broth. Cook stirring constantly till thick. Add sour cream and hot sauce and remove from heat. Roll hamburger and cheese in tortillas. Set in 9x13 pan. Pour sour cream sauce over and sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Bake at 425º for 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
