2 dozen white onions 1/2 bushel green tomatoes 6 red peppers 3 cabbages 2 bunches celery 18 green peppers 7 cups sugar 4 quarts vinegar 1 small can tumeric 1 pkg. mustard seed 1 box dry mustard 1 box celery seed
Chop tomatoes (coarse). Cover with salt and drain for 2 hours. Squeeze dry. Chop other vegetables. Cover with vinegar, sugar and spices. Cook 20 minutes. Add celery after all is cooked. Seal hot in jars. For hot relish add jalapeņos.
