5 quarts tomatoes
6 med. onions
4 -5 garlic buttons
2 c. seeded jalapeno peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Peel tomatoes. Seed peppers. In food processor, chop tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic. Mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into sterilized jar, leaving 1" head space. Add about 1/4" cooking oil and then seal. Cook in water bath, boiling 35 minutes. Makes 8 pints.
