1 lb. chicken breasts
1 egg yolk
4-6 T. cornstarch
3 T. oil (olive is best)
white sesame seeds, to taste



Sauce:
2 T. soy sauce
4 T. sugar
2 T. vinegar
4 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1/2” cubes. Marinate for 15 minutes in egg yolk beaten with salt. Dust with cornstarch. Add oil to pan on high heat. Add chicken, cook until done. Add sauce, cook until slightly thick. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
