2 cup soup mix
2 qt water 1 lb diced ham
1 large chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced or Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 (16oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can green chili beans and tomatoes
nine Beans
1 lb barley pearls
1 lb dried black beans
1 lb red beans
1 lb pinto beans
1 lb navy beans
1 lb great northern beans
1 lb lentils
1 lb split peas
1 lb black eyed peas

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the 2 cups of soup mix in 2 quarts water overnight. strain beans and add 2 quarts of water and the next ingredients bring to boil , ham, onion garlic salt chopped tomatoes chili beans. Bring to a boil lower and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until beans are tender. add remaining beans and let simmer. cook until beans are done
