In a food processor, dump in cream cheese cut into medium sized pieces to facilitate easier processing.
Add many cloves of garlic. (10)
Add some of the green onions, both white and green parts.
Add mixed herbs. If using fresh, you don't need as much. Basil, oregano, thyme, chives, parsley etc. works well. If dry, shake in as much as you want.
Add curry powder.
Pulse food processor as you are adding ingredients. Stop and scrape sides down periodically.
Process until you have all ingredients mixed well.
Remove from food processor and spread on large plate or platter. (about 1/2 thick)
Pour bottle of chutney over all the herbed cream cheese.
Add the remaining chopped green onions and slivered almonds. Garnish as desired. Served best on triscuts.
