1 pkg McCormick beef stew mix
2 lb. beef stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
4 medium size potatoes
4 carrots or Pkg cut up carrots
4 stalk of celery
1 can cut green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large cooking pot at medium heat, brown stew meat in 2 tlbs of oil. after meat is ready drain all fat from meat. Add seasoning mix and 3-cups water. cook @ low heat for 90-minutes or until meat is tender.
Add potatoes, carrots and celery, all cut into desired chunks. Let 3 ingredients simmer along with your meat for at least 30 minutes. strain all excess juices from green beans and corn, then add into your stew. add onions to your liking
