C softened butter
1 C gran. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 C flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
t. salt
1 C sour cream
2 C finely chopped peeled apples & pear

1 C brown sugar
C chopped nuts
2 T butter
1 t cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 pan.

Cream butter & gran. sugar. Mix in eggs & vanilla; beat well. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, & salt alternately w/sour cream. Fold in apples & pear.
Spread batter in pan. Mix remaining ingred. & sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean (about 45-55 min.)
