1 lb. stew meat cut small

Mix together using wire whisk:
C flour
C red wine (or 1 T. vinegar or lemon juice)
1 C hot water
2 bullion cubes
1 chopped onion
1 t. Kitchen Bouquet.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sauce over meat in large casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. During last hour, add carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms.
