6 T. margarine
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 c. molasses
1 c. whole-wheat flour
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, brown sugar, egg whites, molasses (looks curdled). Stir all dry ingredients. Add to molasses mixture; mix and cover to chill. Form into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes (don’t over bake). Store in airtight container.
