2 slices of bacon (cooked)
1 onion. chopped
1 cup water
2 cups chopped raw potatoes
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can cream style corn
1 quart milk
1 tlbs butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon in skillet and cook slowly until fat is fried add onion and cook slowly until translucent. add water, potatoes, salt and pepper. cover and bring to steaming pot lower heat and cook until potatoes are tender, add corn and milk add butter and reheat slowly
Allow chowder to ripen for 1 hour to develop flavor .
