1 1/2 pds ground meat ( cooked)
1 1/2 cup diced onions
1 cup celery
1 cup dices bell peppers
3 cloves garlic, or garlic powder
1 pound velvetta cheese
salt
1 tlbs chili powder
1 tlbs cumin
1 con Rotel Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables, combine cooked meat simmer, season with salt, chili powder and cumin. In a double boiler, or crock pot melt cheese, add rotel tomatoes, to cheese then meat and vegetables. mix lightly.
Put in chafing dish and serve with chips, or doritoes or any chips of your choice.
