5 c. Peahces, sliced (about 8 medium size)
2 tsp flour
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Butter
1 package refrigerated biscuits or 1 pakcage ready-to-bake
refrigerated cookie dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and placein 8-inch square
baking pan. Cut butter into small pieces over peaches. If using
biscuits, flattend to 1/4 inch and sprinkle lightly with sugar ( or
slice cookie dough 1/4 inch thick). Arrange either biscuits or
cookie dough in rows over top of peaches. Bake at 350ºF for 1
hour. Cool about 2 hours before serving. Delicious with ice
cream or cream.
