2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. crushed pineapple, juice and fruit
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 35
minutes in 325 oven. For icing, cream together cream cheese
and butter. Add sugar and vanilla and blend until smooth. Spread
on cooled cake.
