3 Egg Whites 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 c. choppped Nuts 1 c. Sugar 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 c. Coconut 19 Ritz crackers
Beat egg white until stiff. Add baking powder and gradually add sugar and vanilla. Crush Ritz crackers with rolling pin and mix with buts and coconut. Fold into the egg white mixture. Pour into well greased 9" or 10" pie pan. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Let cool. Add whip cream and frosting or any fruit topping.
