1 onion
1 cup parsley
1 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
1 cup grated Old English cheese
1 package 1/4 lb. blanched, slivered almonds
1/4 cup salad oil
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs 'till fluffy, add oil to eggs and beat well. Add onions, parsley & 3/4 of the cheese and mix well. Add rice, milk, salt and pepper to taste, and a few almonds. Place in baking dish (sprayed with Pam) & cover with remaining cheese and almonds. Bake at 350º for a good 30 to 45 minutes.
