1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 T. white bread crumbs
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Garlic Powder
3 T. olive oil

Mix parmesan cheese with the white bread crumbs.
Flatten chicken breasts to 1 1/2 times their size.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Dredge chicken breasts in flour then in beaten egg then in parmesan mixture. Season lightly with dried basil. Saute on med in olive oil until browned on both sides. 3 to 4 minutes. Keep warm until served.
