2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped Almonds
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple in syrup or juice, drained
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 c. vegetable oil
zest from 1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt. Stir in dates and almonds.
Combine eggs, pineapple, cranberry sauce, oil and 1 tablespoon
orange zest; stir into drymixture mixture. Pour batter into 2 well
greased 81/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans. Bake in 350ºF oven 1 hour
or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on
rack 15 minutes. Remove from pan to complete cooling.
