1 1/2 lb. cubed pork 1 chopped onion 2 c. uncooked instant rice 8oz. sweet n sour sauce 14oz. chicken broth 14oz. drained pineapple chunks 1 chopped green pepper
Place meat and onion in greased crock-pot. Add sweet & sour sauce and chicken broth. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high for 5 hours. Stir in rice, pineapple, and pepper. Cover and cook an additional 20 minutes.
