Bottom: 2 ripe avocados, cut into chunks 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons milk 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoon chill powder Top: 1 cup shredded head lettuce 2 tomatoes diced 2/3 cup diced green onions 1 cup shredded cheddar or jack cheese 1 jar of salsa (6-8 ounces)
Blend all the "Bottom" ingredients in blender until creamy - spread this mixture on bottom of large platter - layer the "Top" ingredients on top. Chill until ready to serve - pass the tortilla chips!!
