1 lb (shrimp, crawfish or chicken)
1 bag of Etoufee seasoning
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can of rotel (hot if you want it spicy)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp in skillet.
Add cream of celery soup, can of rotel, can of water and etoufee seasoning.
Simmer for 10-15 min.
Serve over white rice.
