4 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti squash
1/3 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Polly-O Reduced-Fat Ricotta Cheese
3 serving 1/2 cup ragu light
1 1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
cook squash, set aside. (i cooked mine in the microwave). in an 8X8 baking dish sprayed with PAM, put a layer of squash, cover evenly with 1/2 the sauce and then cheeses. cover with remaining squash and sauce. top with parmesean cheese and bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. cut in 4 squares and serve.
