1 package active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (not hot)
1 cup creamed cottage cheese (heated to luke warm)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg unbeaten
1 tablespoon instant onion
2 teaspoons dill seed
1/4 teaspoon soda
2 1/4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and softened yeast. Add flour to form stiff dough - beating well - cover and let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size. Stir dough down - place in well-greased 8 inch round casserole. Let rise in warm place. Bake until golden brown at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes.
