1 large head romaine lettuce
1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, coddled
1/4-1/3 olive oil
Fresh parmesan cheese, shredded
cracked pepper to taste
1 T. anchovy paste
croûtons

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Juice the lemon into a jar and remove seeds. Add coddled egg yolk (to coddle egg-boil egg for 1 minute, remove and let cool. Use yolk only). Add minced fresh parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, pepper (no salt) and olive oil. Mix or shake well. Store in refrigerator.

Wash lettuce and break into bite-size pieces. Dry and place in large salad bowl. Add croûtons and parmesan to taste, top with dressing, adding half, and then a little more to your liking. Toss and serve.
