4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
1/2 cup of Italian salad dressing (can use fat free)
2 1/2 cups flavored breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag; add salad dressing. Cover or seal; refrigerate 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade.

Dredge chicken in  breadcrumbs; place on a rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 servings.

NOTE: 4 one half inch pork chops may be substituted.
