1˝ TBS olive oil
1˝ cups of chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (about 10 ounces)
2 cup frozen whole-kernel corn
˝ cup dry white wine
2 TBS ground cumin
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1/1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 ) boxes chicken stock
1) large can diced peeled tomatoes (such as Del Monte Fresh Cut), undrained
1(1 can condensed reduced-fat reduced-sodium tomato soup undiluted
1 1/2 cups crushed unsalted baked tortilla chips (about 16)
3 TBS sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese to taste

˝Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté 2 minutes. Stir in chicken and next 9 ingredients (chicken through tomato soup); bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 hours. Ladle into bowls; top with tortilla chips and sour cream and cheese.
