1.5 lbs very lean ground beef
3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 TBS dehydrated onions
2 TBS Garlic Salt
1/2 cup ketchup
5 TBS beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350degrees. Combine all ingredients adding bread crumbs
if too loose, or beef broth if too dry.
Spray medium baking pan with pam. Shape into a loaf and place on baking
pan. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes and remove from pan to heated platter,
slice to serve.
