Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 smoked sausage ring, sliced
2 cups (or one package pre-washed) broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup (low fat, low sodium)
1 can cream of chicken soup (low fat, low sodium)
1 bottle of beer
½ lb. cheddar cheese, grated
½ lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Dump everything into the crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours. Stir thoroughly a couple of times to make sure cheese is melting evenly.

Serve with fresh French bread….it’s like fondue…yum!

Variations: leave out the meat and veges (or substitute ham and cauliflower). You can also do 1 lb. of cheddar and no Velveeta, and substitute one of the cans of soup for a can of milk (this will produce a milder flavor).
