1 29-oz can of pure pumpkin
1 12-oz can of evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsps Cinnamon
1 box yellow or spice cake mix
1 c chopped pecans
1/3 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon until well blended and pour into greased 9X13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top of mixture and then cover with chopped pecans. Pour melted butter evenly over the top. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipping cream.
