1 packet of Lipton's California Onion dry soup
1 small jar Smucker's apricot jam
Fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Pour this over skinless chicken in a baking pan. Bake at 350 for approximately one hour - add peeled halved apricots approximately last 10 minutes.
