3 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup chicken broth heated
2 cups chicken, cooked
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Almond Mushroom Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
4 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 cups chicken stock
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup toasted chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Pour mixture into greased loaf pan set in second pan of hot water. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.

Sauce:
Cook over low heat - serve over chicken loaf.
