2 1/2 c. warm water
2 T. dry yeast
2 T. oil
2 T. sugar
1 T. salt
6 c. flour
desired toppings*

Directions:
Pour warm water into a large bowl dissolve in sugar. Sprinkle with dry yeast and let foam up. Stir in salt, oil and half the flour. Beat vigorously 2-3 minutes. Stir in remaining flour until all the ingredients are mixed in. Leave spoon in to rest 10 minutes. Stir down. Divide in half and turn out onto a floured surface. Roll out into a rectangle. Put on toppings* and roll up to jelly roll. Place on cookie sheet and bake 400º for 25-30min. Prepare second roll and freeze. Let frozen roll thaw in fridge for 24 hours before baking.
*Suggested toppings: Make any type of pizza- dip cooked roll in pizza sauce, breakfast roll, Cordon Bleu roll, cheese, broccoli and ham roll . Be creative!! Great to make small Caesar Chicken bakes. Caesar dressing with chicken breast, mozzarella, provolone, cheddar, bacon, green onions, and tomatoes. Can bake and freeze.
Makes 8 large chicken bakes.
