"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

This recipe gives a very Mediterranean taste to fresh green beans. It tastes great with Italian and Greek dishes. You can adjust the amount of balsamic vinegar to suit your taste.
Prepare and wash fresh green beans. In a frying pan pour olive oil (enough to lightly coat beans) and balsamic vinegar. Turn on heat to high, then add beans. Stir continuously to coat beans with oil and prevent burning. When beans have softened add Romano cheese to taste. Remove immediately and serve.
