Baby Back Pork Ribs
apple juice or cider
lg. foil pan & foil


Rub:
1/3C kosher salt
1/4C bn. sugar
1T ground garlic, ground onion
2T paprika, chili pwdr, gd. pepper
1-2 tsp cayenne, red pepper flakes
1T thyme, cumin, rosemary
1tsp nutmeg, cinnamon, sage

Directions:
Directions:
Take membrane off ribs with knife.
Make rub and rub ribs on both sides.

Grill indirectly for 1.5 - 2 hrs. with lid closed. Start bone side down and turn towards end.

Take ribs out. Put 1" of apple juice in a foil pan and place ribs in pan and cover tightly with foil. Cook 1 more hour in oven at 300 degrees or indirectly in BBQ.
