Crust: 2c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter,soft
1/4 tsp. salt
Filling: 4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans

In a large mixing bowl, blend the crust ingredients together until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press it evenly and firm into the bottom of a greased 15"x10"x1" pan. Bake this at 350 * for 20 minuites.
Meanwhile, combine the first five filling ingredients. Blend, and then stir in the chopped pecans. Pour the filling over the entire hot crust. Bake again for another 25-30 minutes, or untill the filling becomes set. Cool on a wire cooling rack.
