8 C. pecans, shelled and cleaned of "bitters"
1 1/3 C. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
8 Tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 325

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Coat pecans and then spread them in a single layer on cookie sheet(s).

Bake for 15 minutes.
