10 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup flour
1 pint small curd cottage cheese
1 pound grated cheese (montery jack or longhorn)
2-8oz cans green chilies
1 cube butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, flour and baking powder.
Stir in cottage cheese, grated cheese, and green chilies. Add butter. Pour into sprayed 9x13 pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Top should begin to brown. Check center for doneness.

My kids don't like this, but Patrick says it's his favorite. Smells great when baking. Can be served with other mexican fare for dinner or used as a breakfast casserole. It can be frozen and baked later.
