3 T. butter 3 T. enriched flour 1/4 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 1 2/3 c. milk 1/2 c. frozen peas 1/3 c. grated Parmesian cheese 1/3 c. mayonnaise 3/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
Heat butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk, and peas to boiling in 3 quart sauce pan ove medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Serve on top of meat, or noodles, or both.
