1 c. flour
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or margarine
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 large carton frozen non-dairy topping (12 oz.) thawed and divided
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, butter and nuts. Press into the bottom of ungreased 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool. Combine cream cheese, sugar and half the whipped topping; blend until smooth. Spread over cooked crust. Beat together the two puddings and milk. Whip until well blended. Pour into crust. Spread remainder of whipped topping on top. Grate chocolate over top. Keep refrigerated.
