1 flank steak (1-1/2 to 2 lbs)

Marinade:
3/4 c. maple syrup
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade: Combine ingredients. Place steak in plastic bag and pour marinade over. Seal bag. Marinate at room temperature for a few hours or refrigerate overnight. Remove steak from marinade. Grill steak 5 to 7 minutes per side for medium rare. Slice across the grain.
