"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Coat an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place brussel sprouts in the prepared baking dish. (Note; if you can't find fresh brussel sprouts, use frozen ones that have been thawed. Just decrease the cooking time about 10 to 15 minutes.) Combine maple syrup, vegetable oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour mixture over the brussel sprouts. Stir in Cranberries and bake, covered, until tinder and bubbly; about 30 minutes.
