1 lb brussel sprouts, steamed.
3 T. maple syrup.
1 T. vegetable oil.
1 T. apple cidar vinegar.
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard.
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste.
1/4 tsp. black pepper.
1/4 cup dried cranberries.

Preheat oven to 375º. Coat an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place brussel sprouts in the prepared baking dish. (Note; if you can't find fresh brussel sprouts, use frozen ones that have been thawed. Just decrease the cooking time about 10 to 15 minutes.) Combine maple syrup, vegetable oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour mixture over the brussel sprouts. Stir in Cranberries and bake, covered, until tinder and bubbly; about 30 minutes.
