6 chicken breast halves
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
3-1/2 T. Dijon mustard
12 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Loosen skin from breast halves, forming pocket without detaching skin.
Combine butter and next 3 ingredients.
Place 1-1/2 T. butter mixture under under skin of each chicken breast. Reserve remaining mixture.
Place chicken, skin side up, in a lightly greased 113x9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour, basting with drippings.
Toss fettuccine with remaining butter mixture. Return to pot to keep warm.
Serve chicken on fettuccine.
