1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 C (8 oz.) sour cream
1 C mayonnaise (not salad dressing or Miracle Whip)
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 loaf sourdough bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bread. Mix well, cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, hallow out the bread and fill hollow with dip. Cube bread and spread with dip.
