1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 22 oz. can crushed pineapple ( do not drain)
1 C small marshmallows
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Directions:

Mix all together and add 1 large (9 oz.) cool whip. Refrigerate.
