1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1/4 c. tomato ketchup
1/4 c. bell peper
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. diced tomato
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
saute onion, bell peper, tomato in the oil add the ketchup and vinegar. cook 5 min. add pealed shrimp and cook until shrimp turn pink (5 min).
fold in cooked rice. and serve
