3 cups zucchini - unpaired thinly sliced
1 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons parsley, fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon marjoram or oregano
Dark pepper
1 small clove of garlic - finely chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:

Mix all ingredients - spread in greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes - cut into bite-sized pieces - let cool a few minutes before serving.
