1/4 cup loosely packed parsley leaves
1 1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Black pepper to taste
1/3 cup vegetable oil
50 medium shrimp (about 2 1/2 lbs.), pealed and drained
50 snow peas (1 lb.), strings removed

Mince parsley - add olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, rosemary, sugar and pepper to taste - mix well. Cut cooked shrimp in half long-wise, add to the marinade - wrap snow peas around shrimp - secure with toothpicks.
