3 eggs, beated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 9" unbaked pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Thoroughly comnine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in coconut and pour into shell. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
