Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I love the Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies and thought that nothing could out do their combination of mint and chocolate. However, one rainy evening when I could not decide between a dessert or a drink, my good friend mixed me this treat. I altered it later and found itís a great fall and winter drink for a rainy day or night!
If you want an extra minty or stiff drink double the schnapps but be warned, it gets really minty!
I recommend using a milk based (diary, soy or rice) hot chocolate.
If you would like to drop the dirty, use a teaspoon of peppermint extract instead of schnapps.
