6-8 slices diced bacon
1 chopped onion
3 Cups sliced carrots
3 Cups sliced celery
4 Cups beef stock or broth
5 Cups water
1 jar Ragú Spaghetti Sauce (Old World Traditional)
2 teaspoons basil
1 10 ounce package frozen peas
1 1/2 Cups thin spaghetti (broken in 2" pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown bacon and onion in large pot. Add beef broth, water, ragu, carrots, celery and basil. Simmer for 30 minutes, add frozen peas and spaghetti. Simmer till all vegetables are soft. Serve with salt, pepper and grated Parmesan cheese as desired. Serve with warm french bread. Listen to the sound effects as kids like Riley say, "Mmm!" when they eat spoonfuls of this healthy soup.
